Managing Partner – Rosemary Holliday
Rosemary Holliday, MHA, is Managing Partner and founder of Holliday & Associates, now a division of Panacea Healthcare Solutions, LLC. Ms. Holliday manages company operations as well as consulting and educational service line offerings, leads all projects through the use of ChargeAssist®, and manages the consulting team.
In working with health systems nationwide, Ms. Holliday has coached Compliance Teams, Revenue Cycle professionals, and Charge Master Coordinators ensuring accuracy in the challenges of Charge Management. Engagements extend from attorney-client compliance audits, post-systems conversion CDM data assistance, CDM Detailed Review analytical studies, Charge Management education and operational process improvement strategic work. Chargemaster Standardization and Consolidation efforts are also managed by Ms. Holliday and performed with a team of seasoned consultants.
Ms. Holliday’s extensive healthcare background lends expertise to her operational knowledge of technical, clinical and support areas of today’s hospital environment. Prior to establishing Holliday & Associates, now a division of Panacea Healthcare Solutions, LLC, in 1990, Rosemary served in hospital information system implementation positions, hospital productivity consulting roles, and hospital administrative fellowship positions. She also served in radiology management, supervisory, and technologist positions as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.

Managing Partner – Bud Carroll
Bud Carroll is Managing Partner directing technical operations and software development for ChargeAssist®.
In working with hospitals nationwide, Mr. Carroll has developed ChargeAssist® to ensure accuracy in the challenging area of Charge Management. Mr. Carroll oversees all development operations, and supports several leading software and consulting firms that utilize ChargeAssist® for their own customers software needs and their internal team’s consulting use.
Mr. Carroll has over three decades of healthcare information technology experience lends expertise to his hospital and medical clinic operations, information systems, software development, and company oversight. Prior to establishing Holliday & Associates, now a division of Panacea Healthcare Solutions, LLC, in 1990, Mr. Carroll worked in the hospital setting in administrative, clerical, clinical support, and Information Technologies. Moving to the Commercial Information Technology field in 1985, Mr. Carroll worked for various Hospital Information System vendors in both managing of Clinical and Financial software implementations, software development, and software team management. Mr. Carroll became a managing partner in Holliday & Associates, now a division of Panacea Healthcare Solutions, LLC, in 1998, focusing on development of the company’s first product offering, Chargemasters.com, and now currently the ChargeAssist® product suite.

Revenue Integrity Advisor – Peggi Ann Amstutz
Peggi Ann has over 30 years of experience in the health care revenue cycle industry, providing leadership to consulting projects from both the provider side as well as the consulting side. She created an industry reputation for her Revenue Cycle and CDM project management skills and is adept in compliance, coding, and revenue integrity-oriented focused engagements. Her educational skills include coaching hospital teams, developing educational content, and presenting seminars from basic coding to revenue integrity to compliance.
Peggi Ann is not only an industry leader (as past roles as Committee Chairs, Officers, and President of the Washington State HFMA), but also has an extensive background in hospital Revenue Integrity program and policy development. In addition to her proven ability to interpret Federal and State rules and regulations for coding and payment systems, she also has hands-on experience managing daily clinic operations (Free Standing, RHC, and Provider-Based), leading revenue cycle teams for hospitals and physician groups, preparing and monitoring annual revenue and expense budgets, and planning and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Peggi Ann has implementation and management experience in multiple HIS systems environments. She has taught physicians E&M, procedure, and ICD10 coding. Additionally, Peggi Ann has provided CDM Reviews, customized education, and record reviews engaging hospital staff and physicians on coding principles, CMS reimbursement methodologies, compliance standards, and HIPAA.
Currently working full time for Holliday & Associates, now a division of Panacea Healthcare Solutions, LLC, Peggi Ann is serving as our Revenue Integrity Advisor and assists with software support, customer training & education, consulting support, and data analysis. Peggi Ann is a co-author and presenter for Panacea Healthcare Solutions, LLC educational programs.

Senior Analyst- Mary Madsen
Mary has been an analyst and senior consultant with Holliday & Associates, now Panacea Healthcare Solutions, LLC, since 2013. She started her career in the medical laboratory as a medical technologist, and became a consultant in the healthcare coding and regulatory market in 1995. Mary has credentials and healthcare experience as a Charge Master Consultant, Certified Medical Technologist and Histologist, and supervisor and technical consultant.
Her work experience includes serving as a primary Holliday & Associates Analyst and Senior Consultant performing ongoing review and summary of CMS documentation and payment system updates published weekly in ChargeAssist®, Laboratory and Supply CDM Reviews, Laboratory Charge Compliance Audits, and maintenance of the ChargeAssist® Device Master.
Mary is co-author of many of the Panacea Healthcare Solutions, LLC newsletters and monitors CMS and AMA closely for updates to data, regulatory changes, and coding revisions.

Manager of Customer Relations – Margie Ramos
H&A customer relations and marketing efforts are driven by Margie Ramos, a seasoned Revenue Cycle and Patient Financial Services healthcare consultant who has worked in healthcare for over three decades. Margie’s responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction with our software, set up of logins and security for ChargeAssist®, and assessing customers’ needs for additional training or product in-servicing. Her H&A marketing efforts include working with our customers as well as contacting Health Systems who are looking for new or different Charge Management solutions.

H&A Technical Staff
Our programming and technical analysts are some of the best at ensuring accurate and updated data and problem-free software functions in the ChargeAssist® tool. The H&A Software Development, Programming, and Product Support personnel work closely with Mr. Carroll ensuring streamlined product development efforts, data integrity of all content, and Regulatory Documentation Library updates. Together, the Development and Support team members are constantly working to enhance our products and services to meet the continuing changing landscape of Charge Management.
On the Professional Services consulting side of our business, Panacea Healthcare Solutions, LLC utilizes our staff of senior consultants and technical auditors for Charge Master Review and Consolidation/Standardization engagements as well as for datafile maintenance in ChargeAssist®.
We believe a team-based, redundant auditing methodology for CDM Reviews ensures a more thorough and objective audit process. H&A technical auditors are specialized and credentialed in the areas of Coding, Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Imaging, and Rehabilitative Medicine. Additionally, several of our team members have experience as Auditors, CDM Consultants, Educators, and Charge Management Leaders in health systems.
