ChargeAssist® CDM Public Portal –

Holliday & Associates, a leading provider of web-based chargemaster management solutions, released its ChargeAssist® Chargemaster Public Portal in early December. Using the portal, small hospitals as well as multi-entity healthcare systems have complied with the 2019 Medicare Hospital Price Transparency mandate while also ensuring a more favorable public reception. The Chargemaster Public Portal is a patient-friendly solution for researching hospital charge prices through a URL posted on the facility’s website.

Final 2019 Updates Provided to ChargeAssist Customers
With the 2019 updates starting in September of this year, we have finalized all data repository updates that drive the ChargeAssist Auditing Modules. The annual updates are always a significant impact on the Chargemaster. Our customers have been auditing and updating since September, with all code change available since November. Our final updates in December include all areas of our data repository, from regulatory changes to provider pricing updates.
